What are Classic Reports?

Classic Reports can be tailored to report on specific data filtered by client, service, advocate, and agency.

Navigating to Classic Reports

  1.  Start by clicking the "Reports" dropdown on the top blue bar.
  2. This will open a list of pages, select "Classic Reports" by clicking on it.

Available Reports

The Classic Reports Screen will display 6 buttons for reports that can be generated. Each will be described below and a link will be provided to an article that gives a full description of each report.

  1. Primary Report: This report can be generated to show data on services, data, and victimizations. For more info, see the article: How do I generate a Primary Report?
  2. Premium Report: Similar to a Primary Report, you are able to generate a report showing data on services. In addition, you can generate a report showing data for advocate Timesheets. For more info, see the article: How do I generate a Premium Report?
  3.  Client List: Generating a Client list will allow you to view a list of clients that can be heavily filtered using both basic and advanced filters. For more info, see the article: How do I generate a Client List Report?
  4. Service List: This report shows a list of services. Similar to the Client List report, this report can be heavily filtered with both basic and advanced filter options. For more info, see the article: How do I generate a Service List Report?
  5. Print Clients (Legacy Client List): Similar to a Client List report, this report will generate a list of clients but has fewer filtering options than a Client List report. For more info, see the article: How do I Print Clients? (Legacy Client List)
  6. Print Court Dates: This report will give you a list of court dates within a date range that you specify. For more info, see the article: How do I Print Court Dates?
