Getting Started: Examples of Victimization Tabs

Tags are a versatile tool that can be utilized to improve your reporting capabilities. You decide which tags are added to the system so the possibilities are endless.

Note: To add and edit tags, and apply them to cases, the Tag Manager Module must be enabled. For more information about enabling the Tag Manager Module, see the article: What is the Tag Manager Module?

This article is provided to give you some examples of how you can use tags to easily organize and reference Victimizations. These are only suggestions and if you wish to use them, they must be added to your system by an administrator on your account. Continue reading to see examples of how you can create effective tags and categories. For more information on adding tags to your system, see the article: How do I add and edit Tags? For a full list of tag examples please see the article: What Are Some Examples of Tags That I Can Create?

Let's talk about Tag Categories:

Unlike the other types of tags, "victimization tags" have no categories. This is because they are attached to "Victimizations" on a "Client's Victimizations tab". "Victimizations" can be added in categories by an administrator and "Victimization tags" are used to provide more detail about each individual "Victimization".

Adding Victimization Tags

Tags are added to Victimizations on the" Victimizations" tab of the Client Screen (shown below). For more information about the "Victimizations" tab, see the article: How do I add Victimizations to a Client?

  1. The "Victimizations" tab is marked by a scale icon on the row of icons below the top blue bar. Clicking the icon will display the Victimizations Screen.
  2. A list of victimizations that can be added to the client will show on the left.
  3. To the far right, you will see a list of tags next to each victimization that has been added to the client. Clicking on a tag will add it to the victimization.
  4. After you add tags they will appear in the block labeled with the victimization they have been added to.
