This article will explain the recent changes made to the Dynamic Full Service and Service Detail reports as of August 2022.
Unlike the Classic Full Service report, the look of the Dynamic Full Service and Service Detail reports really hasn’t changed much.
The big change in the Dynamic reports is found in the Filters section.
When you open the filters panel on the right side of the screen and click on the Basic Filters bar you will see an additional filter option.
This filter will allow you to choose criminal or noncriminal victimizations for your report. Leaving the filter as ‘Show All’ will include clients for both criminal and noncriminal victimizations.
There is also an additional option, ‘Show Clients with Both Criminal and Noncriminal Victimizations’.
This option will display any clients who have both criminal AND noncriminal victimizations applied to their case.
