Login / Logout / 30 Second delay
We have deployed several fixes to prevent the Login delays as well as being logged out while working.
We still have the 30 minute CJIS limit, but we should have the majority of the issues resolved.
Create a new case with this person as a client - Failing / Error
When choosing to sync all options, the system sometimes produced an error. This has been resolved.
Syncing notes changed dates and advocate name
In Version 5 the system would keep the name, date and time associated with the original notes being cloned. We have made the change in Version 6 to follow the same rule.
Client Type "Other"
We have added a new type to the "Client Type" options named "Other".
IMPORTANT: Regardless of the type selected in this field, if services are provided, the person will be included in reporting statistics. Services and service dates drive grant reporting.
Notes and Services - back on 1 screen by overwhelming client requests
We have taken out the "note" icon and moved notes back to the "Services" form as requested by many customers.
Letter Writer
We have added the Case Number, Case Date, and Case time to general non-court letters.
2021-10-27 - Tasks
We have fixed the issue where tasks were not displaying correctly and improved performance by limiting the number loaded and displayed at a time.
You will now see a Next and a Previous button in the task sections.

One of the most requested features is now available in Version 6. The ability to add a defendant from the Add new Client Form is rolling out today.
