What is the Difference Between the Classic Full Service Report and the Dynamic Full Service Report?

This article will show the differences between the Classic and Dynamic Full Service reports.

The Classic Full Service report and the Dynamic Full Service report are both a statistical report showing the number of victims or clients that were provided services, the number of victimizations for those victims or client, the number of services provided to those clients and more.

The only difference in the data collected for these two reports is the Dynamic Full Service report will also display the demographic information of the defendants for the victims or clients included in the report.

The defendant demographical information that is included in the Dynamic Full Service reports is additional information that does not affect the grant reporting information for victims of crime.


The only other difference between the Classic and Dynamic Full Service reports is the filtering capabilities.

The Classic Full Service Report has limited filtering options such as:

  • Date Range
    • Can only choose a custom date range by using the calendar to select the dates.
  • Advocate
    • Can only choose one Advocate from the list or All Advocates
  • Agency
    • Can only choose one Agency from the list or All Agencies
  • Grant
    • Can only choose one Grant from the list or All Grants
  • Show All
    • Can only choose one of Active (Clients), Inactive (Clients), or Show All (Clients)

The Dynamic Full Service Report offers many more filter options allowing for the reporting of very specific information such as:

  • Basic Filters
    • Date Range
      • You can choose from a list of pre-set date ranges
        • Quarter to Date
        • Year to Date
        • Last Year
        • Month to Date
        • Last Month
        • All Time
    • Select a Custom Date Range using the Calendar
  • Advanced Filters
    • Zip Code
      • You can create a statistical report based on a specific Zip Code
    • Client Name
      • You can create a statistical report based on a specific Client Name
    • Case Number
      • You can create a statistical report based on a specific Case Number
    • Defendant Name
      • You can create a statistical report based on a specific Defendant Name
    • Limit by Advocate (Primary or Served)
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Advocate or more than one Advocate that is the Primary Advocate Assigned to the client
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Advocate or more than one Advocate that has provided at least one service to the client
    • Limit by Advocate (Primary or Assigned)
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Advocate or more than one Advocate that is the Primary Advocate Assigned to the client
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Advocate or more than one Advocate that has been assigned to the client
    • Limit by Agency
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Agency or more than one Agency
    • Limit by Grant

    • Limit by Victimizations

      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Service type (Whole Categories or Individual Serices) provided or more than one Service type provided (Whole Categories or Individual Serices)
    • Limit by Demographic
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific demographic or more than one demographic of each demographic type
        • Race
        • Gender
        • Client Type (Primary, Secondary, Anonymous, etc.)
        • Age Group
        • Special Classification
        • Type of Contact (initial contact such as In person, Telephone, etc.)
    • Limit by Tags
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Custom Client Tag or more than one Custom Client Tag (created by your agency)
    • Search by Custom Field
      • You can create a statistical report limiting the data in the report to a specific Custom Field or more than one of the Custom Fields (Client Custom Fields created by your agency)
    • Limit by Internal IDs
      • Case IDs
        • The Case IDs are auto-generated by the software for each case that is entered.  This filter allows you to use a sliding scale to limit the data in the report to within the IDs on that sliding scale
      • Client IDs
        • The Client IDs are auto-generated by the software for each client that is entered.  This filter allows you to use a sliding scale to limit the data in the report to within the IDs on that sliding scale
