What is the Client Overview Tab?

This article will explain the Client Overview tab in the Clients' screens.

The Client Overview tab is the first tab in the clients' screens indicated by the open file folder icon .

The Client Overview tab will display all the case related information for that specific victim or client for that specific case.  If the victim or client has other cases refer to those specific Client Overview tabs.  If there are additional victims or clients on that case refer to those victim or clients' screens for the specific Client Overview tab.

This screen will display a snapshot, or overview, of this case for this client.  The information displayed in this screen will include:

  • Case Information
  • Case Demographics and Advocacy
  • Custom Fields (if any are created)
  • Victimizations/Crimes (and any Custom Tags applied)
  • Client Notes
  • Court Dates
  • Services Provided

Each of these sections can be hidden/revealed by clicking on the arrow in the upper right corner of the section.  See the image above.

This page can be printed using your browsers print function.  Right click and choose print.  The section(s) that are hidden will not be included in the printed document.

Confident Notes on (displayed)

There is an additional toggle button in the Notes section of this screen.  The default is the button be disabled or off, however, you can turn on this button to show the confidential notes.  The confidential notes will only display for an Administrator on the account or for the owner (person who entered the note) of the specific confidential note.  The confidential note will be indicated by the icon that looks like a man in disguise (Incognito Dude).  See images above.
