What are Modules?

Depending on your subscription, various modules are available to your agency to better track and manage people, cases, locations, appointments, and more.

Below is a screen view of all options available to you as modules. Below the image, a list of links to help articles for each module will be provided.

  1. Letter Writer - Create unlimited letter templates that can be used to generate downloadable letters that are ready to mail. For more info, see the article: What is the Letter Writer Module?
  2. Timesheet - The Timesheet Module allows you to track time spent by advocates with clients, in the office, or in the field. Timesheets can be customized to fit the work of your advocates. For more info, see the article: What is the Timesheet Module?
  3. Document Storage - Store documents in the cloud for your clients that can be downloaded from anywhere, anytime. For more info, see the article: What is the Document Storage Module?
  4. Tag Manager - Add, edit, and manage tags to be used to add more detail to your cases, clients, defendants, and locations. For more info, see the article: What is the Tag Manager Module?
  5. Task Manager - Create, assign, and manage tasks for your team. For more info, see the article: What is the Task Manager Module?
  6. Appointment Manager - Create. assign, and manage appointments for you and your team. For more info, see the article: What is the Appointment Manager Module?
  7. Advanced Grant Manager - The Advance Grant Manager Module allows you to add, edit, and manage grants. Add detailed fields for more robust grant reporting. What is the Advanced Grant Manager Module?
  8. Locations - Store and track locations related to cases. Reports can be generated based on location data. for more info, see the article: What is the Locations Module?
  9. Location Manager - Adds a separate interface for managing locations specifically. Allows location to be added independently by adding a "Location" option to the "Add New' dropdown on the top blue bar. For more info, see the article: What is the Location Manager Module?
  10. Case Manager - Add a separate interface for adding cases. a "Case" option will be added to the "Add New" dropdown on the top blue bar. For more info, see the article: What is the Case Manager Module?
  11. Workflows - Create statuses to be used for cases and events such as "assigned", "in-progress", and "closed". For more info, see the article: What is the Workflows Module?
  12. Defendant Manager - This allows you to create, track, and manage records for defendants. For more info, see the article: What is the Defendant Manager Module?

  14. Secondary Assignments - This allows you to assign multiple advocates to cases, clients, defendants, and locations. You are able to assign advocates to these records to view them even if they are marked confidential. For more info, see the article: What is the Secondary Assignments Module?
