How to Generate the Missing Data Report

The Missing Data Report can be helpful in determining why your Victim counts may not look right.

The Missing Data Report is located by:

  1. Click on Reports in the top blue bar

  2. Click on Classic

  3. Click on Primary

  4. Choose the date range for that report:

Next:

5. Choose the Missing Data Report from the dropdown

6. Choose a specific Advocate/User or leave it as all

7. Choose a specific Agency or leave it as all

8. Choose a specific Grant or leave it as all

9. Click Generate Report

The report will display the list of NEW Victims/Clients entered in that date range.

The columns of information will show:

A. Client Name

B. Case Date

C. Victimization

D. Birthdate/Age

E. Services

F. Primary Advocate

If there is a Red Rectangle in the column, that indicates the data for that object is missing.  This will negatively impact your statistical reporting and will need to be corrected.

If there is a Blue Rectangle (only the Birthdate/Age) in the column, that indicates the age has been entered instead of the actual Date of Birth. This will not affect the age counts for the grant reporting; however, a DOB is more accurate than an age so you can correct this as well if you have the DOB.

To correct any of the missing data items:

  1. Click on the Client Name on the left OR the file folder icon on the right
  1. Review the Client Overview screen if necessary and then use the tools at the top to navigate to the proper screens (Victimizations, Client Info, or Services) to make the corrections.

***Please note you may need to refresh/reload your page to show the updated Missing Data report list of Clients.  You can do this by clicking on the browser's refresh button at the top of the screen or using the F5 key on your keyboard.
