This article will discuss the Upcoming Appointments screen.
Upcoming Appointments
From the Home Screen, you will click on the icon in the upper right corner of the Your Upcoming Appointments box (see below - Figure 1). This brings you into the Upcoming Appointments screen that will display all appointments scheduled for all Advocates, for all Clients (see below - Figure 2).

Note: Appointments cannot be created on this screen, they are all created in the Clients’ Information screens, appointments tab.
Filtering Appointments
If you want to view only your own appointments, you can click on the icon in the upper right corner that looks like 3 people (see below - Figure 3).

View/Edit Appointments
You can view the details of the appointment by click on the appointment bar. Each field of data can be edited, which includes re-assigning the appointment to a different user in the list. Again, there is no save button. In the bottom right corner of the appointment, you will see 2 icons. The blue person icon will take you directly to that Client’s Information screens, specifically into the Appointments Tab. The red trash can icon will delete the appointment. (see below - Figure 4)

You can expand 1 or more appointments, or you can click on the Expand All at the top of the list to expand every appointment. (see below - Figure 5)

Printing Appointments
Once you have expanded 1 or more, or all, you can use your browser’s print function to print what is expanded. Simply right-click and choose "print" from the list (see below - Figure 6). You can also click on the collapse all to collapse the entire list (see below - Figure 7).
