Utilizing the Client Information tab on a client's client screen, you are able to edit Current Client Contact info. This should include the most up-to-date contact information for the client.
- To start, navigate to the Clients Screen by clicking on the Records dropdown on the top blue bar.
- Select "Clients" from the dropdown and you will be taken to the Clients Screen.
- You can also navigate to the Clients Screen by doing a search for clients by utilizing the search bar on the right side of the top blue bar.
- Select a client from the list of clients to navigate to that client's info screen.
View Current Client Contact Info
- Once a client has been selected, navigate to that client's "Client Information" tab which is located on the tabs bar below the top blue bar and is marked by a pencil icon.
- Below and to the right, you will see the Current Client Contact Info block. Here you are able to edit the client's contact information. The information entered here will be saved to the client records and will not affect any data entered for the client on specific cases.
Edit Current Client Contact Info
- If the "Client Info for Case" block contains information that is current and you wish to use as "Current Client Contact Info", you can copy the information to this block by clicking the red icon that looks like 2 sheets of paper.
- If you wish to enter edits manually, click any of the pencil icons next to the field you wish to edit. Fields with no information will appear red.
