What is the Tags block on the Case Screen?

Tags let you add prosecutor, Status, Referral information to a case.

  1. Clicking the field next to "Assigned Prosecutor" allows you to add one or multiple prosecutors to a case. Prosecutor tags will be added by an administrator to your system. For more information about enabling tags, see the article: What is the Tag Manager Module?
  2. The Case Status field will allow you to track the progress of your case. Tags can be created by your administrator.
  3. If you are referring a client to an outside organization such as a women's shelter, you can add a tag in this field. Referral Form tags can be added by your administrator.
