What is in the Defendant Access block?

The Defendant Access block allows you to give access to advocates for confidential defendants.

Defendant Access is only available if the defendant is marked as confidential.

If the defendant is not set to confidential you will see:

Once a defendant has been marked as confidential, Defendant access options will become available.

  1. The case owner (defaults to the logged-in user) will automatically have defendant access.
  2. Clicking in the area next to the default advocate will open a pop-up list of available advocates to share defendant info access with. Multiple advocates may be added.
