What is in the Case Assignments block?

The Case Assignments block allows you to assign a Case Owner and Advocate to a case.

1. This dropdown menu will show you a list of personnel available to assign as the Case Owner.
2. Clicking in the Assign Advocate field will bring up a list of available advocates to assign to the case. After an advocate has been selected you may click on the field again to add multiple advocates.
